The exclusive Spanish Trail community sets over 640 acres and it was developed during the 1980s and 1990s. A well-known oasis in the middle of the southwest of Las Vegas Valley has over 1,200 distinctive Mediterranean style homes and had the first fully private golf course in the Valley.
