As a former Realtor in Florida, Stephanie moved to Las Vegas and obtained her Nevada real estate license. Shortly after, she made a strategic decision to transition away from real estate sales and pursue business consulting, following her true passion.

Since then, she has focused on helping businesses grow by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and creating new avenues for expansion. She brings this expertise to the team, playing a key role in driving business development and long term growth. Her ability to think globally while executing locally allows her to turn insight into real results.

In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading and loves learning languages. Since 2008, she has participated in many church missions focused on supporting and uplifting dozens of children in her native country, Colombia
